These terms apply to this website and to the videos, posts, guides and templates published by The Automated Hour ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
1. Information, not advice
Our content explains how we build automations and what they did for us. It is general information, not professional, legal, financial or security advice. Time-saved numbers are our own measurements on our own setup; your results will differ. We make no promises about income or earnings.
2. AI-generated content
The host of our videos, Orest, is AI-generated, and some of our voice, video and text is produced with AI tools. We label this on every platform that offers a label. The automations, screen recordings and measurements we show are real.
3. Using our guides and templates
Automations act on real data: your e-mail, files and accounts. Test every workflow on sample data first, keep backups, and check the terms of every service you connect (for example n8n, Anthropic and Google). You use our guides and templates at your own risk.
Paid guides and templates are sold through third-party marketplaces such as Etsy. Those purchases are also governed by the marketplace's terms, and each listing states its own licence.
4. Our content
Unless stated otherwise, our videos, texts and images belong to The Automated Hour. You may share links and short quotes with credit. Do not re-upload or resell our content without written permission.
5. Third-party platforms
We publish on YouTube, TikTok, X, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Telegram, Bluesky and Pinterest. When you watch or interact with our content there, that platform's own terms apply. Where our content or tools involve YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
6. No warranty, limited liability
Our content is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our content, guides or templates.
